The Market Common offers a high-end, downtown-style retail, dining, entertainment, and living experience. It provides a wide range of attractions and activities. The Market Common, which is on the southernmost part of Myrtle Beach, offers a wide range of housing options, including condos, townhomes, a live-work community, as well as other residential communities.
The Market Common's residents and guests can enjoy much of the charm of this neighborhood by visiting the several recreational spots nearby. On the 220 acres, you'll find walking trails, Savannah's Playground, a fitness center, and a park with a variety of ball fields.

Jill, Anthropologie, and White House Black Market are a few of the well-known retailers in Market Common. The eateries at Market Common in Myrtle Beach are among the best in the city. You can find a variety of dining options as well from a few of the most popular establishments including Tupelo Honey, PF Changs, CO Sushi, Nacho Hippo and the Gordon Biersch brewery. Additional attractions include bowling at 810 Bowling while indulging in a milkshake from Crazy Mason or catching the latest blockbuster at the cinema.
